poppers is a liquid combination of a few volatiles (nitriet/alkylnitriet).

The popper liquid is kept into a little bottle with a small lit.

History of poppers:

The poppers liquid is original found for medical purposes, but because of the short term effect was poppers replaced for better substitutes.
